Service that fits the problem

On-site when the environment matters. Remote when it does not.

Some problems are best solved where the equipment is used. Others can be handled remotely without waiting for travel. We will discuss the practical option before scheduling.

  • See the computer, printer, router, cabling, and connected devices together
  • Test the issue in the environment where it happens
  • Remote support available for eligible software and computer problems
  • No walk-in shop or equipment drop-off at the mailing address

Responsible electronics recycling

A practical next step for technology you no longer need.

Eligible electronics can be surrendered at no charge by appointment. Equipment may be refurbished for a second life, used for parts, resold, recycled, or responsibly disposed of depending on its condition.

Contact us before bringing or transferring any equipment. The mailing address is not a public drop-off location, and some items cannot be accepted.

Choose where to request help

Start with the page that best fits your needs.

Residential, senior, business, and gaming pages explain the relevant services and include the appropriate request form. Monthly plans are available for ongoing support.

Common questions

Technology service FAQ

Do I bring my equipment to you?

No. OnSite Tech Solutions is a mobile service without a walk-in repair counter. We come to the home or business, or provide remote support when appropriate. The Hummelstown address is mailing-only.

What if I do not know what the problem is called?

That is completely fine. Describe what the device is doing, when the problem started, any messages you see, and what you were trying to accomplish. Diagnosing the cause is part of the service.

How much does standard service cost?

Standard service is $80 per hour with a one-hour minimum. Parts, equipment, software, travel outside the normal area, and separately quoted projects are additional and discussed before approval.

Can you help remotely?

Yes, eligible software, account, configuration, maintenance, and computer problems may be handled remotely by appointment. Hardware, networking, printer, cabling, and environmental issues may require an on-site visit.

Can you work on more than one problem during the appointment?

Usually, yes. Provide the complete list when requesting service so enough time can be reserved. The appointment is billed for the time required, and larger projects may need a follow-up visit or quote.

Are parts and replacement equipment included?

No. Parts, replacement equipment, software, subscriptions, and other purchases are billed separately with your approval. Parts costing more than $100 generally require advance payment.

What does the 30-day guarantee cover?

If the original problem returns within 14 days because the completed work did not resolve the approved scope, contact us so it can be reviewed. New problems, unrelated issues, parts failures, and changes made after service are separate.

What areas do you serve?

Mobile service is available throughout Central Pennsylvania, including Hummelstown, Hershey, Harrisburg, Mechanicsburg, Camp Hill, Carlisle, Palmyra, Lebanon, Lancaster, York, and surrounding communities. Availability and travel charges may vary by distance.

Is electronics recycling really free?

Eligible electronics may be surrendered at no charge by appointment. Acceptance is not guaranteed, surrendered items become the property of OnSite Tech Solutions LLC, and some unsafe or regulated items may be declined. Contact us before transferring equipment.
