Plan Notes

Repair Labor Included: Labor for covered repairs is included in all monthly plans, which aligns with your current service agreement structure. Parts are billed separately with client approval.
Optional Monthly On-Site Visit: Total Care plans include one optional on-site visit per month if needed. Unused visits do not roll over.
Additional Computers: Residential and gaming plans may add extra covered computers for $15 per device per month.
Priority Scheduling: Priority means earlier access to available future appointment times. Existing appointments are never displaced.
Simple Monthly Billing: Plans have a 3-month minimum to cover software licensing. After that, they continue month-to-month and can be cancelled anytime.
