Common questions
Gaming PC service FAQ
Can I choose my own components?
Yes. You may request exact components, provide a parts list for review, or ask for recommendations based on your budget and performance goals. Compatibility and availability are confirmed before the final quote.
Do all custom computers use the same case?
No. The case is selected with you based on component fit, cooling, appearance, size, features, and budget. You may also request a specific compatible model.
Can you build a computer using parts I already own?
Often, yes. Existing or customer-supplied parts must be reviewed for compatibility and condition first. Warranty responsibility for customer-supplied components remains with the customer or original seller.
How long does a custom build take?
Assembly commonly takes approximately three to five business days after all parts have arrived, although complex builds, troubleshooting, part delays, or special requests may require more time.
Are Windows and data transfer included?
They can be added to the quote. Windows licensing, data transfer, account setup, delivery, and on-site installation are separate from the standard assembly fee unless specifically listed in your approved quote.
Do you repair gaming laptops and desktops?
Yes. Service may include diagnosis, software and driver problems, overheating, failed parts, upgrade planning, poor performance, and peripherals. Some soldered laptop components or manufacturer-specific repairs may require outside or warranty service.
Do you guarantee a specific frame rate?
No fixed frame rate is guaranteed because performance varies by game, resolution, settings, updates, drivers, background software, and internet conditions. Recommendations are based on realistic performance expectations for the selected hardware.
What areas do you serve?
On-site gaming PC service, delivery, and setup are available throughout Central Pennsylvania, including Hummelstown, Hershey, Harrisburg, Mechanicsburg, Camp Hill, Carlisle, Palmyra, Lebanon, and surrounding communities. Travel charges and availability may vary by distance.
