Recycling & Ownership Transfer Notice
By leaving devices with OnSite Tech Solutions LLC for recycling, you represent you are the owner or authorized agent and the items are not stolen. You transfer ownership and title of surrendered items to OnSite Tech Solutions LLC at no charge. Items may be refurbished, repurposed, resold, recycled, or responsibly disposed of at our discretion and will not be returned.
You are responsible for removing personal data, accounts (iCloud/Google/MDM), and SIM/SD cards. If requested, we will perform data sanitization as a courtesy using industry guidelines (e.g., NIST SP 800-88). While we use reasonable care, we cannot guarantee all data is unrecoverable; please back up and wipe your data when possible. We are not a charity and do not issue tax-deductible receipts. Certain items may be declined for safety or regulatory reasons (e.g., swollen batteries/CRTs).
