What should be discussed or quoted separately?
Some work falls outside ordinary troubleshooting or monthly computer coverage. That does not necessarily mean it cannot be done—it means the scope and pricing should be reviewed first.
Usually a separate project
- Large network installations or redesigns
- Office moves and multi-system migrations
- Advanced data recovery
- Custom software development
- New hardware and replacement parts
Important expectations
- Support is scheduled rather than 24/7 emergency coverage
- Same-day service cannot be guaranteed

Common questions
Small-business IT support FAQ
Do I need a monthly plan to request business IT help?
No. One-time troubleshooting, setup, migrations, and project work can be scheduled separately. The monthly plan is available when ongoing monitoring, security, maintenance, and support make sense.
What size businesses do you support?
The service is designed primarily for owner-operated companies and small teams, especially organizations with roughly one to ten computers that do not employ internal IT staff.
Can business support be provided remotely?
Yes. Eligible computer and software problems can be handled remotely by appointment. Hardware, networking, equipment installation, and some office issues require an on-site visit.
Does the monthly plan include repair labor?
Repair labor for registered business computers is included. Replacement parts, new equipment, advanced recovery, large infrastructure projects, and excluded work are billed or quoted separately.
Is this 24/7 emergency IT support?
No. Service and remote assistance are provided by appointment. Plan clients receive priority scheduling for available appointments, but immediate, after-hours, or emergency response is not guaranteed.
What areas do you serve?
On-site business support is available throughout the Central Pennsylvania service area, including Hummelstown, Hershey, Harrisburg, Mechanicsburg, Camp Hill, Carlisle, Palmyra, Lebanon, and surrounding communities.
