Why OnSite was started

Too many people are left choosing between a large repair chain, a distant call center, or asking a family member for help. OnSite Tech Solutions was created to provide another option: a familiar local technician who listens, explains the problem clearly, and helps with the technology people actually use every day.

The journey so far

Experience turned into a more personal kind of support.

  1. Nearly a decade of hands-on experience

Charles developed broad repair, setup, troubleshooting, and customer-service experience through years of computer and technology work.

  2. Education and professional certification

An associate degree in Computer Science and CompTIA A+ certification provide a strong technical foundation for practical, real-world service.

  3. OnSite Tech Solutions established in 2023

The company began with a simple goal: bring understandable, reasonably priced technology help directly to homes and small businesses throughout Central Pennsylvania.

  4. A growing local relationship

Today, clients turn to OnSite for everything from one-time problems to ongoing monthly support, often working with the same technician each time.

Our mission

Dependable support for people and businesses technology often leaves behind.

We want clients to feel comfortable asking questions, confident in the answer, and in control of what they spend.

Older adults and families

Patient, judgment-free help with computers, printers, Wi-Fi, email, passwords, scams, phones, streaming, and new devices—without talking down to anyone.

Small businesses without an IT department

Personal support for owner-operated businesses and small teams that rely on technology but do not need—or cannot justify—the cost of a full internal IT staff.

Our goal is not to sell the most expensive solution. It is to recommend the solution that makes sense, explain the cost beforehand, and help the client move forward.

Looking ahead

The next 5–10 years.

OnSite Tech Solutions is building toward something larger without losing the patience and personal service that made the company valuable in the first place.

Growth should mean that more people can receive dependable help—not that clients become account numbers.

  • Hire and train more friendly technicians who combine technical ability with patience, respect, and clear communication.
  • Open several local office or storefront locations where clients and businesses can meet with the team and bring equipment for service.
  • Partner with retirement communities to provide resident support, technology education, scam awareness, and dependable on-site assistance.
  • Grow into a larger regional support provider and MSP capable of securely supporting hundreds of residential and small-business clients remotely.
  • Keep service accessible and reasonably priced while adding the staff, systems, and locations needed to serve Central Pennsylvania at a larger scale.
